1. No earnings promise
Nothing we sell or publish is a guarantee of income, followers, reach, sales or any other outcome. We do not know your market, your offer, your pricing, your time, your starting point or how much of the work you will actually do. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee your result is selling you something we would not.
We test it first. We cannot test it as you.
2. How we describe results
When we publish a number, it is a number that happened, on an account we can point to, in a period we can name. We label it as a single test rather than an average, because it is. We do not round up, we do not extrapolate to a yearly figure, and we do not reuse a good week as if it were a trend.
Where we have no number, we say so instead of implying one. Where a test failed, we publish that too, and you will find it in the Lab Notes.
3. Individual results vary, and usually do
Any result described on this site, in an email, in a Lab Note or in a product, is the result achieved by us or by a specific person in that specific situation. It is not typical, it is not promised to you, and it should not be the reason you buy. Buy because the system looks like something you will use.
4. Effort is the variable we cannot supply
Our products are systems, templates and checklists. They require you to make decisions and do the work. A worksheet you do not open changes nothing, and a refund exists for exactly that honest moment.
5. Not professional advice
We publish marketing and business content. It is general information, not regulated advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or employment advice, and it does not create a client relationship of any kind. Before you make a decision with legal, tax or financial consequences, speak to a qualified professional in your own country.
6. Platforms change without asking us
Social platforms change formats, ranking behaviour and rules constantly. A tactic that tested well can stop working, and often does. We revise our products when that happens, and revisions are free to existing buyers, but we cannot promise any platform will behave tomorrow the way it behaves today.
7. Third party links and tools
We sometimes link to tools we use. Where a link is an affiliate link, we say so on the page it appears. We never recommend a tool we have not used, and an affiliate commission never changes what we would have told you.
8. Your own compliance
If you use our templates to market your own business, you are responsible for what you claim. Do not copy our test numbers into your own marketing. Use your own evidence, and keep it on file.
9. Faceless does not mean unaccountable
We do not put a founder on camera, and we sign correspondence as the Lab. Behind the name is an identifiable sole proprietor, a working support inbox, and a registered address we supply on request. The terms explain how to ask for it. You always have a named legal entity to hold responsible.
10. Questions
If a claim anywhere on this site looks unsupported, email hello@ceosociallab.com and tell us. We will either produce the evidence or remove the claim. That is the whole promise.
